CURRENT NEWSROOM SNAPSHOT · EVIDENCE THROUGH 2026-08-16

Project Shadow 1.0.1 contains no Myth package. Generic Myth v0.2.0 and Full-Canon Myth v0.3.5 are separate optional companions; both default off, neither is required by R1, and neither can authorize action or change an R1 result. Publication transfers no authority and makes no production, efficacy, safety, certification, or legal-compliance claim.

TR-05 / PROVENANCE MAP

Know which record
you are holding.

The Record contains dated desks, preserved instruments, mixed-review research, source files, and audit artifacts. Provenance keeps breadth from impersonating certainty.

Newer does not erase older. Older does not govern newer.

P-01

Reviewed current desks

The routed Today, Weekly, Agencies, and IN-6 pages are the current public front doors. The Record surface was updated August 16 with evidence reviewed through August 16; primary-source links, boundaries, unresolved questions, and re-verification duties stay near each claim.

CURRENT ROUTED EDITION
P-02

Deep national instrument

The preserved national HTML now holds 4,789 embedded timeline records and 6,825 embedded citations across 75 years. Its preserved correction transform produces 4,796 rendered records and 6,842 rendered citations, alongside institution indexes, dossiers, social archives, methods, and correction notes.

MIXED REVIEW CORPUS
P-03

IN-6 historical instrument

The standalone district file preserves 127 entries and the earlier analytic structure in recoverable project custody. Direct public access is held pending entry-level review; the routed IN-6 desk supplies the narrower current public entry.

HELD / RECOVERABLE CUSTODY
P-04

Supplied Record source snapshot

The July 25 supplied archive carries 80 Record files: the July 6 site build, two dated entry batches through July 6, a complete PDF export, section documents, audit records, source data, assets, and the Truth Social integration kit. It is not Project Shadow R1 release authorization.

SOURCE SNAPSHOT · NOT R1 AUTHORITY
RECORD SCHEMA

Six fields keep a snapshot honest.

If one is missing, the reader cannot reliably tell what the record is, how old it is, or whether another surface supersedes it.

SURFACE
The exact route, file, or instrument being described.
EVIDENCE CUTOFF
The latest date the stated review can support; it is not today’s date.
REVIEW STATE
Editor-reviewed snapshot, mixed-review corpus, held source, or audit artifact.
SOURCE TIER
Official, primary, reporting, campaign, discovery-only, missing, or mixed.
SUPERSESSION
Which newer surface changes public use without deleting the preserved prior state.
CORRECTION STATE
Open, contained, corrected, superseded, or reopened—with a locator to the receipt.
SOURCE-PACKAGE MANIFEST

The archive says what it contains.

Manifest counts describe the supplied July 25 snapshot. The active public surface separately records August additions and custody changes. Neither count proves every underlying civic claim correct.

SITE BUILD

the-record_UPDATED_2026-07-06.html

Preserved prior site build. It does not supersede the routed July 24 public desks.

ENTRY BATCH

2026-05-24 → 2026-06-21

Structured additions retained as their own dated input.

ENTRY BATCH

2026-06-21 → 2026-07-06

Structured additions retained as their own dated input.

COMPLETE EXPORT

THE-RECORD-COMPLETE.pdf

Portable snapshot for review; not a live correction surface.

SECTION SET

31 DOCX chapters

Long-form topical and methodological source material, including clearly labeled opinion sections.

AUDIT SET

10 audit files

Externalized critique and review artifacts with different authors, methods, dates, and evidence limits.

DATA SET

Officeholders, capture targets, entry data

Research inputs. Presence in the source package does not independently validate each row or implied relation.

PUBLIC RECORD RULES

Memory needs a method.

  1. 01

    CURRENTNESS

A newer routed desk can supersede a public summary without deleting the older source state.

  2. 02

    TRACEABILITY

A claim should lead to the exact source, date, locator, review state, and correction history that support it.

  3. 03

    SEPARATION

Fact, verification, inference, significance, opinion, strongest defense, and unknown remain visibly different layers.

  4. 04

    AI CREDIT

Claude Fable 5, ChatGPT/Codex Sol, and earlier named systems are credited for the artifacts and review roles they actually performed—not treated as independent corroboration.

  5. 05

    CORRECTION

Correct the active claim, preserve the prior edition, state what changed, and reopen downstream conclusions when the new evidence requires it.

  6. 06

    USE

The archive can orient research and reveal patterns. It cannot replace reading the source, hearing affected people, or establishing responsibility from proximity alone.

THE HANDOFF

Read the source. Inspect the claim. Repair the failure. Preserve the receipt.
